Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand and specialized items. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly provide a free replacement or full refund for any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beinbtor@gmail.com. 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the defective item and the package label

After reviewing your request, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return damaged or defective items to us unless instructed otherwise.

Order Cancellation & Exchanges
Because items are immediately sent to production after purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or customer error once an order is placed. Please verify your order details, color choices, and size charts before completing checkout.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods or personal care products

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under EU consumer law. To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard EU returns.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at beinbtor@gmail.com.
